President Message
Afghanistan is currently one of the most difficult countries in the world in which to identify as a woman. Political and economic insecurity, educational inequality, sexual violence, and poor health are pervasive among Afghan women and children. Nevertheless, when equipped with powerful vocational and economic tools, women can change their lives, regardless of circumstance. Too often, girls and women don’t have the same access and opportunities as boys and men.
They are denied access to education, health care, and economic opportunities. A situation that has gone on for too long, and it is time to make a change. We can achieve this together, by joining forces and working to give women all over Afghanistan 100% equal rights, because when we all have the same opportunities, the country becomes a better place for everyone.
                                                                                     Sincerely;
                                                                     Frozan Dauadzai

Project Manager’s Message
During successive wars, the position of Afghan women has overcome many problems not only at the national level, but also at the global scale. Bearing in mind that the Afghan woman has always and especially in the last four decades, with her great efforts during the busyness of men in the war fronts, has taken the wheel of life with patience and sobriety and has kept and keeps the life of the family firmly; It is necessary that not only the mentality of the Afghan society does not forget this fact and respect their services, but also the world should no longer think of this Afghan woman as poor and oppressed out of pity, but the capacities, abilities and preparations Give him lip service and support.
Thus, the Afghan woman will have the chance to realize her honorable goals in establishing human value and her effective role in the development of a prosperous and independent society. In the current situation, a small number of women are engaged in work, the majority of women are deprived of the blessing of work and education, and the lack of health and social services has caused the health and treatment status of women to be endangered. Therefore, Afghan women should work outside or inside the home.
In addition to educational programs for women, we should have professional, agricultural and livestock programs for women in different sectors. And also, in the fields where women do not have the possibility to work outside the mine, we should start training programs and practical work so that women can do their work from home so that both the work environment is favorable for them and the income for advancement. May life be for them.
